Summer Mini Session 7:20-7:35

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your Summer Mini Session, a non-refundable $100 retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Your session is not considered booked until the retainer has been received. Because Summer Mini Sessions are offered on a single event date with limited availability, the $100 retainer is non-refundable if you cancel your session. If you are unable to attend, please contact Matt Archuleta Photography as soon as possible. While a specific session time cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to accommodate last minute changes when possible. In the event of severe weather or other conditions that make the scheduled mini session event unsafe or impractical, Matt Archuleta Photography reserves the right to postpone the event. If the event is postponed due to weather, your retainer will be transferred to a future session date. Matt Archuleta Photography will work with you to find a new date and time that works for both parties. By booking a Summer Mini Session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
